  • Does the LMS system allow you to go at your own pace?

    Yes! The system saves your progress so you can go at your own pace.

  • How many times can I take the post-assessment?

    You will have to receive 100% on the post-assessment to be able to pass the course. But there is no need to worry! You are able to review the courses and take the post-assessments as many times as you need to.

  • Will the appointment calendar in Dynamics work with the outlook calendar?

    Yes, coaches can sync up their Outlook and Dynamics calendars.

  • Can Operation HOPE backgrounds still be used on Teams?

    Yes, the Operation HOPE backgrounds can be used on video calls in Teams.

COACHING AND DYNAMICS

Below are questions frequently asked regarding the coaching process and the dynamics system.

  • How will clients be assigned to coaches

    Clients will be able to see all coaches in the area and pick from them. Additionally, coaches will have an "invitation link" which clients can use to sign up with a specific coach.

  • What is the difference between active, paused, and exited clients?

    Active clients are clients that coaches are currently working with. Active clients do impact your report. Paused clients are clients that are taking some time to complete their goals, they can be paused for as long as they need to. Coaches should reach out to paused clients to check in on them and make sure they're still working towards their goals. While clients are paused, data is not collected from the client, once the client becomes active again, data from the clients is included in your dashboard/report. Exited clients are clients that are no longer working with us, these are clients that have left the program. Exited clients do not impact your report.

  • Will the system remind clients of appointments and workshops?

    Yes! Clients will receive an email reminder for appointments and workshops.

  • Will coaches need to delete sensitive information such as SSN or credit reports?

    No, the new system is highly secure so there is no need to delete any information.

  • Will clients be automatically transferred into Dynamics?

    Yes, all clients will be automatically transferred to Dynamics.

  • How will audits work in Dynamics?

    The traditional form of audits will be changing, there will be more information regarding audits coming in the future.

  • Will clients credit score be automatically pulled?

    It is not automatically pulled but the process has been simplified.

  • Can coaches set up buffer time between appointments?

    Yes, coaches will be able to set up buffer time between bookings.

  • If there are any changes made to the schedule (cancellations or reschedules) will it automatically update in the calendar?

    Yes! Any changes made to the coaches' schedule in Dynamics will be automatically updated in their calendar.

  • Is the budget tool customizable?

    No, at the moment the budget tool cannot be edited.

  • Is the content for clients going to be translated

    Yes! The Innovation and Learning team alongside the Hispanic Committee are working on translating everything to Spanish.

  • Will the new system link with social media for marketing?

    No, the system will not link with coaches' social media. Marketing will now be done by the marketing department, coaches won't need to do it anymore.

  • Will clients that don't have access to computers still be able to access the system?

    Yes, the preferred method of access is through a computer, but it can be accessed through the web on a cellular decide or tablet.
